Summary:
Building upon a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
2000 or 2003, the Cisco Unity Support Specialist can install,
configure, operate and maintain a Cisco Unity 4.0 system in both
stand-alone voice mail and unified messaging environments.
Prerequisites
- Valid MCSE Messaging on Windows Server 2000 or MCSE Messaging
on Windows Server 2003

Re-certification
Cisco
Unity Design Specialist certifications are valid for two years. To
re-certify, take and pass the current version of the exam, or pass
